CANADIAN EMBASSY Manila- Submitted my passport Feb 6,2012.. Until now ala pa update sa ECAS.. I have missed our 1st wedding anniv apr 11, Wife bday- apr 23, Family outing singapore Apr 18... WATS next.. My Bday is near. May 10.. Hope naman bday gift nyo na sa akin visa.. Medical will expire June 2012.. 4months na nasa kanila passport ko.. How can we file a case specific inquiry? Application received in Canada Oct 6,2011...

hmmm I been waiting for 8 months na, I submitted my passport to them Dec 27,2011 akin mag5months na passport ko sa kanila, if u will count 3 months pa lang passport mo sa kanila if u submitted it feb 6. Since  mag-eexpire na medicals mo 2 lang ang pwedeng mangyari, it's either ipaparemedical ka or biglaang kang paalisin katulad ng ginawa nila sa friend kong si brianmich. Her medicals will expire May 3. Binigay nila visa and copr nye for pick-up sa cem April 28, ayaw pa nga sana nila ibigay nung april 28 eh nakiusap lang kami kasi friday yun and may 1 is a holiday and they expected her to be in canada before may 3. So napilitan talaga nila to buy a ticket for her and her daughter for almost $4000 para lang makaalis. Nung nilakad namin yung visa nya at yung sticker nya sa cfo we did it in 1 day para kaming nag-aamazing race hahaha. Try to contact your MP sa Canada so that they can follow-up ur app for u.

i see..so ung approval pla pra lg muna un sa sponsor and then we need to wait some more weeks or months pra malamn kng approve dn ako or not? wow i didnt know that hehe well, patience is a virtue so yeah prayers nlg tlga and patience..
ive been into february-manila batch too and ive read their stories, nkakaamaze ung iba kc ang bilis lg nila mkakuha ng approval and granted agad visa nila..panapanahon lg tlga hehe nakkastress and praning nga lg..

ako sept 2011 pa nai-file yung papers sa cic. january pa hiningi ng cem ang passport ko, until now walang update kahit sa ecas. 1st anniv din namin ni hubby sa june, we're praying hard that we'll spend it together. na-miss ko din ang birthday nya. sana dumating na visa natin.

emrn, still no updates? anung response ng MP nyo after your last inquiry? have you tried calling their contact center? na-try ko, they just told me that they do not have access sa immigrant visa applications. thru email, fax or in person lang daw pwede mag-inquire. soooooo frustrating.

sabi ng MP ko tapos na daw background check ko no issues naman daw but dun sa medicals namin only one of my dependents lang meron sila and to think sabay kami ngpamedicals so my hubby emailed cem nung monday giving them the dates that the medicals were forwarded to them by SCTS and they replied wednesday and asked sino daw DMP namin, till now wala pa din changes sa ecas ko, at wala pa din kami news sa cem. Yes through email, fax and in person lang talaga meron kang fill upan na enquiry form dun sa lobby pero di ka pa makaakyat right away. Sana magkavisa na tayo september pa tayo eh dami ko na nga namiss na occasion birthday nung hubby ko nung april 23. Mag expire visa ko july 27. Sabi nga ng hubby ko kung wala pa daw by June as in kukulitin daw nila kasi yun din sinabi sa kanya ng MP nya eh kapag June daw wala pa din kukulitin din daw nila.

Hi everyone, im just going to share my story.... Naffrustrate na ko maghintay...


Nag apply muna kami as conjugal partners nung nov282010, dec2010 nareceive ng Canadian Immigration ung application. Naapprove ng january 2011, hiningi yung passport ng feb2011. Hanggang sa wala nang update. Tumawag na ko ng Member of Parliament dito samin, sya ang may contact sa Visa officer na nagaasikaso sa paper namin. Ang sabi samin kailangan daw namin magpakasal or iprove sa kanila kung bakit kami hindi pwede magpakasal. So umuwi ako ng pinas nung Nov 2011, nagpakasal na kami. Then we sent our marriage certificate (photocopy with notary) and pictures (wedding pictures) to them nung Dec2011. Monthly ko tinatawagan yung member of parliament namin dito for updates, nung Feb2012, ang sabi ng member of parliament namin dito hindi na daw conjugal partner ang application namin, na-change na daw sa Spousal application. Then, kanina kakatawag ko lang ulit sa member of parliament dito, ang sabi for further review nanaman daw. Senior visa officer na daw may hawak ng paper namin. Haaay hanggang kelan pa kami maghihintay?!?!?!

yung husband ko pumunta kanina sa local office ng MP nila, may naka-delegate daw na pinoy dun para mag-attend sa concerns ng filipino applicants. hindi pa nga lang sya nakakauwi so hindi ko pa alam kung anung nangyari. sana matulungan din kami ng MP namin. 8 months na rin kaming naghihintay eh. plan din namin na kulitin na talaga ang visa office para may results na kami this May.
