Yikes!! Dapat sa CEM pinadala ng DMP yung medical results.. You can call CEM about your situation.. Ottawa might forward your medical to CEM.  Is it ok to call CEM? |

hi po bago lang ako d2 buti pa kayo waiting na ako nagfifill up pa lang ng application sana may makatulong sakin confused kse ako may tanong ako regading sa previous relationship ko may ka live in ako ng 7 years and may anak kmi 7 yrs old bago kmi kinasal ni wifey na canadian citizen last march 16 idedeclare ko ba yng past relationship ko sa application form? and kukuha pa rin ba ako ng declaration of severance kse requirements eh pls salamat sa inyo
