IF CEM did not ask for anything more other than your passport then... your processing time would be shorter...  But then again.. We dont really know what is happening during visa processing.  Something might cause delay along the way...  In my case, I resigned after I receive the Visa.

Actually they also asked for my medical. Akala kasi nila di pa ko nagmedical since my wife forgot to include the copy 2 of the medical report in the original application. Pinadala ko yung Copy 2 along with my passport after nung PPR. So from January 6 to March 9, walang nagbago sa eCAS ko dahil sa FBI clearance. Kaya nagulat ako pagsubmit ko nung Friday, the following Monday nagkaroon na ng 'medical results have been received' yung ecas ko. That's why I'm half hoping that the DM would come before the end of the month at the earliest. Hence, the plan to resign. 

I leave it up to the Lord na lang, alam kong He will never fail to amaze us, kung sabay namin naisip ng misis ko na magresign na ko this week, I know He made us think that for a reason.

kelan po ninyo pinadala un app nio? and ano pinili nio na mode of payment? mas mauna bang magbabayad bago i padala un buong application?

if my wife's attending CFO's Guidance and Counselling Session, she doesn't need to attend the PDOS seminar? Or does she have to go to both?

I am a Filipino, Canadian citizen. Help, please.

Another change in my eCAS today. Last week it was 'Medical results have been received' added to my in process.

Now today, my address suddenly reappeared, but instead of my Philippine address, it just reads 'Edmonton, Alberta, Canada'.

No idea what this means, but I'm happy to see ecas updates two weeks in a row. Sana magupdate ulit sila bukas kahit once a week lang talaga merong update.

No idea what this means, but I'm happy to see ecas updates two weeks in a row. Sana magupdate ulit sila bukas kahit once a week lang talaga merong update. 

Sabi ginagalaw ng CEM pag nawala address mo sa ECAS... Kung walang masyadong aberya sa papers mo... Im sure DM na yun lalu na In-Process ang status ng ECAS mo..

Hehe sana nga po, sobrang excited na kami ni misis, di na nga ako makafocus sa trabaho kakacheck ng ecas eh. Mukhang decided na din cya sa resignation ko, di na daw nya maiintay yung 30 day notice pagdating ng visa eh. Haha!

Worst case scenario, maging bum ako for a few days (or weeks) pagdating ng visa. Salamat po sa positive reinforcement, nakakalakas ng loob.

use the time na lang to empake the things to bring sa canada and getting rid of your belongings dito sa pinas. im sure maraming pabili ang mga tao from Canada. hehe.

use the time na lang to empake the things to bring sa canada and getting rid of your belongings dito sa pinas. im sure maraming pabili ang mga tao from Canada. hehe.

Yup I agree, mahirap din kasing maghula ng DM, kaya I'm trying to read all the positive signs and just hoping for the best. Besides, mahirap makipagtalo sa misis na buntis!  If she thinks me resigning this week will make her feel better, then I'm all for it.

We tried hard providing unequivocal proof and evidence to convince the VO to grant the VISA... sa awa naman ng Diyos.. binigay din sa amin... biro mo.. di namin expected.. dumating na lang bigla yung Visa sa bahay... pero In-Process pa sa ECAS..   2 days after tsaka pa lang naging DM sa Ecas..

We tried hard providing unequivocal proof and evidence to convince the VO to grant the VISA... sa awa naman ng Diyos.. binigay din sa amin... biro mo.. di namin expected.. dumating na lang bigla yung Visa sa bahay... pero In-Process pa sa ECAS..   2 days after tsaka pa lang naging DM sa Ecas..

I'm glad to inform all of you guys,finally i got DM  after a long period of waiting.I could really testified that some things  really happened at very unexpected time,God really surprised me.

Sometimes, being so desperate in waiting for updates predisposes us to search for clues for the progress of our application.

I have inquired Ms Rani about this already. I would just like to ask too if there is a mailing address that appears in your UCI principal applicant ECAS as as of this time.

They say, a change in address is sometimes a good sign. In my case, my mailing address appears only at the UCI of my sponsor, but not on my own UCI as the applicant.

I wish I can be with my partner soonest.
