hi Raniloc, Bullet85,

Just a short query.

Based on your experience, did the mailing address appears in both the sponsor's UCI ECAS status and on the Principal applicant's UCI status?

Thanks.

In my case Yes. Sponsor and applicant (me) show the same address in ECAS.

Thanks Raniloc.

I am just curious and wondering because my UCI page as the applicant does not have the mailing address. I hope it is a good sign..hehe

Thanks.

hi fireflyers,

itanong kaya natin sa ibang forum mates if the same ba ang experience nila or normal lang kaya yan?

Yes, your wife will be required to attend GCS (Guidance Counseling Seminar) since you're a Canadian citizen. She will be given a yellow certificate. This certificate serves as a proof that your wife attended the seminar.

After the seminar, your wife needs to go to the CFO office for the sticker. Your wife needs to provide the following before they stamp a CFO sticker in your wife's passport.

1. Photocopy of the GCS certificate
2. Photocopy of the photo page of her passport
3. Photocopy of the Visa
4. Photocopy of the COPR
5. Pay the fee 400pesos.

If she's still waiting for the her visa, she can STILL Attend the GCS training in advance...She will on be given a yellow certificate after the seminar.. The CFO sticker to follow once she already have her visa.

Please CLick the FAQ link below.. if you have any further questions.  Wink Wink

He is worried baka my husband will file a case of adultery for me. So, we tried to be much in a hurry for our application.

Na send yung application namin:

October 13 - sent to CIC Mis
Sponsorship approved - December 27 something
PPR - January 16, 2012
sent - January 17, 2012

Until now, it is Application Received pa ang status.

May the same case po ba sa akin?

Salamat.

Hi were on the same boat but I'm not pregnant. Ako din I sent my pp last dec 27 and till now application received pa din I think since we are on the conjugal route we tend to have a longer process. Just hang on and have faith.

It seems the certificate color varies kung san ka nag take ng GCS..

Wink

It happens... nawawala yung address sa ecas ng applicant... some say ginagalaw yung papers.. others naman system glitch lang or updating ng system... But I noticed based from my experience... system updating lang ang ginagawa kung almost lahat ng may account sa ECAS eh nawala... but dun sa iba... after nawala yung address then nung bumalik DM na sila...

In addition, nagrequest sakin ng FBI clearance kasabay nung PPR. Umuwi ako sa Pinas ng January 6, within the week sinubmit ko yung PPR and addtl documents except the FBI clearance, which is nasubmit ko nung March 9 lang.

In process na po ako sa eCAS since December 28, tapos po last week ng Monday, nagkaroon po ng 'medical have been received'. Sa estimate nyo po, granting na wala na kong kulang na requirements sa kanila, how many more weeks typically before I receive my visa, or at least a DM sa eCAS?

Pregnant na po kasi si misis (15 weeks) and gusto nya makaalis na ko within the week na dumating ang visa ko. Ang problem is kelangan ko ng 30 day notice sa work for resignation. So naiisipan namin magpass na ko ng resignation today or this week (so effective April 19 or 20 yung resignation ko). Yun ang tanung, based sa mga typical timelines, safe po ba for me to assume that my visa would be in my hands around the 3rd or 4th week of April?  Cry

Thanks po in advance, sorry sa long post.

IF CEM did not ask for anything more other than your passport then... your processing time would be shorter...  But then again.. We dont really know what is happening during visa processing.  Something might cause delay along the way...  In my case, I resigned after I receive the Visa.
