Napadala na namin ung additional Docs, Appendix A and passport.... So that means we're just waiting sa VISA right?

when na recieve na namin ung passport back that means pass na ung VISA? How usually it takes?

question po..regarding Appendix A s part ba ng spouse/common law column linagay mu pa yung passport number at expiry ng sponsor mu?..

pgsend nyu po thru DHL anung gmit yung envelope na linagyan s passport at docs nyu po?

Yeah my husband received it yesterday and sent it before lunch today, hopefully evrythings ok. we used LBC for sending the docu and PP.

Hi Yenyen,

For the spouse section yung sa passport just put n/a yung sayo lang ang lalagyan mo ng PP#
also we used the brown envelope or just a regular envelope that will fit your PP and other documents.

and yung s spouse section ang married name ba ilagay or ang single last name pa? sorry just too confusing..husband ko po ang applicant so ako yung ng sponsor

Sa Appendix A kc they need yung PP # nun mga accompanying lang, if I'm not wrong.
Yung sa hubby ko nilagay na nya yung married name ko (I'm the sponsor too).. Good luck!

Hello everyone! May question po ako sa mga seniors dito sa forum. I just received my PPR today, Jan. 12, 2012, but the letter is dated Nov. 2, 2011 so it means overdue na ako sa 45 days na pag-pass ng additional docs and passport. Kailangan ko pa po ba gumawa ng explanation letter na delayed ko natanggap 'yung PPR with additional docs and passport or kahit wala ng explanation letter? Bulok talaga systema ng Phil Post. Useless ung URGENT na nakalagay sa envelope. Nov. 4, 2011 ung stamp sa Makati Post Office tapos Jan. 11, 2012 ung stamp dito sa Municipal Post Office namin. Over 2 months naglakbay ung letter samantalang 3 hours lang location ko to Metro Manila. Thanks in advance sa sasagot.

(6)   CEM issue the visa by attaching or stamping it on the passport >> Passport with visa plus COPR is send back thru courier (mostly DHL). All supporting documents are also returned back.

a.      Visa validity period >> Medical or Passport expiration date, whichever expires first.

Whats the normal processing time sa VISA?

Appendix A (Additional Family Information) >> though submitted previously, they will still ask a copy; the letter usually comes with the AOR/PPR; provide all information of the principal application and accompanying dependent/child; for the sponsor spouse, provide also all except the passport details.

>> at the back of it is Appendix B (Appendix A and B is a standard form); if they are not requiring photos then don't send photos...

I think un ang pinakamagandang pwede mong gawin, inform them pagsinubmit mo na docs mo, and if u can fax them a letter or email them too. Para alam nila na u will still comply with their request.

If I were u, send an email to them right away. as in ASAP. Explain mo ngyari, for proof, iscan mo yung date stamp sa letter para alam nila na nalate talaga.

I submitted my docs late din. Pero bago pa nalate ay nag-amail ako sa kanila , inexplain ko yung case ko at humingi ako ng 2 weeks extension. They granted it. Yung case ko kasi , humihingi ng UAE clearance na almost a month ang process, I just gave birth kaya nagexplain ako na di ako makakpunta sa NBI main para masimulan yung process ng papers ko.

They are very considerate. Just inform them ASAP of your situation. Nakmention namn yung email address nila. Give them a specific time frame when you will be able to send all the requirements. Basta wag namn sobrang tagal. I suppose may passport ka na kaya di magtatagal yan. Good luck
