guys question naman po.. ang nbi clearance natin, may rule ba na dapat within 3 months issuance eh maisubmit na ung application sa CIC? pls help.. thanks

Dumating na husband ko last sunday and naging busy kaya ngaun ngayon lang ulit nakapagcheck dito. Sobrang thanks sa lahat ng tumulong and nagbigay ng advise, super helpful talaga. Okay nmn naging flight ng hubby ko and hindi namn daw sya masyado niquestion sa Vancouver so sobrang tagal nya na nakatambay dun kase ung nakuha namin flight halos 7 hours ang stop over dun.

Sa mga naghihintay just keep on praying and habaan pa ang pasensya darating din un.

Pray to St. Expidite also para help kayo sa mabilis na process ng papers, He will really help you. Ask for help in Jesus name. So good luck na lang po sa lahat.

Hi pelipeli...you can submit latest NBI clearance once you file your application...if in case abutin ng expiration CEM will ask you again to provide new/renew NBI clearance...same as what happened to me during our application...I was already attached my NBI during the filing however they asked a renew copy when they send the PPR.  Hope it will help. Guys, tumawag yung Canadian Embassy Visa officer sa sponsor ko. The VO is asking for a hard evidence that my sponsor will return to Canada if the PR visa is issued to me. You see, my medical will expire na in January so the VO is in a hurry to process our application however, the VO is hesitant to grant the VISA due to over staying of my Fil-Canadian sponsor here in the Philippines.  To give you a little background,  our PR application was received by CEM  in February 2011. My sponsor and I are leaving together here in the Philippines for 4 years going 5 years na.

My sponsor is been away in Canada for that spans of years and this situation post a problem on the Visa officer. The VO is asking for a hard evidence that my sponsor will return to Canada once PR visa is approve.  The only evidence we can think of is to book a plain ticket or BUY a plain ticket and send this as evidence to VISA officer. May ibang evidence pa ba na pwedeng i-submit?? Baka may naiisip pa kayo..

Ang problem namin is the Canadian passport of my sponsor already expired last September. We need the passport to buy or book for a plane ticket. Nag apply na ang sponsor ko to renew the passport pero matatagalan pa bago dumating kaya we are planning to apply for a LIMITED VALIDITY PASSPORT sa Canadian Consulars Office

After the VO called, my sponsor was told and given 30 days to submit the evidence... Clarify ko lang. The Canadian embassy will still send an official letter for their request of evidence right? and the letter contains the 30 days dead line... right? SO the 30 days will count from the day when we receive the letter or email right?

Ask ko lang po, I submitted all the documents and application last Dec.2, and then nung nag check ako online dun sa Canada post (pinagpadalahan ko) may nagreceive na sa cic nung Dec.5. pero nung nagvisit ako ngayon ng website ng cic to check the application status wala naman lumalabas na result. Gaano po ba katagal usually bago sila magpost ng update sa website? or papadalahan ba nila ko ng letter saying na nareceive na nila ung application.. Help po..

hintay ka ng sulat, dun nakalagay yung ref number na gagamitin mo sa status, at formal start ng processing. wait up to 1 month. wag ka magfollow-up dahil ilalagay ka sa huli ng pila.

Ah talaga ganun ba yun pag ng ff up?ilalagay ka sa huli ng pila?dami nga ngasasabi dito na kaforum natin na its a big no no daw to ff up kung pasok pa sa processing month allotted  for the application..
