hello everyone I need your answers...and help too..
The immigration ask me to provide a police clearance from HongKong since I worked there for 16 months last 2000-2001. Do I have to go to HK to get myself?

from all the readings that I have there are two ways to file for it. inside HK and outside HK. The problem is immigration need it ASAP.
anybody has into this situation before? please help....

nasad lang ako kasi sabi nig consul 1-2yrs daw processing ng citizenship ng anak ko..depende daw sa cic..

so malamang pag nauna visa ko iwan daw muna siya..di ko ata kaya un..huhuhu

canadian embassy/immigration always gives deadlines for submission. ASAP could mean months if that is the soonest possible but they will not wait if they have given a reasonable final notice. The website gives general requirements and procedures but you will have to check with the concerned consulate also...why not call them for specifics. Times for getting foreign clearances/certificates vary widely between individuals. Some countries do the clearing at the embassy in manila, some send the application to their home countries.

It goes along with ur medicals and NBI or wch one is the soonest mostly expiry sa visa kasabay sa expiry talaga sa medicals.

hi guys.. kakapasa ko lang application ng asawa ko last oct 13, pero i need to change my address na as im moving in a different apartment.. pano ko po kaya machange ito ,

 i tried using the online using my IMM5401 receipt number ( the one you pay online), but it say they may have received the application but not yet started processing it.. sana may makatulong.. or may magbigay ng liwanag..

i found it also a good way to find out if they are already looking at your paper for sponsorship.. hehehe

CIC-M still working on applications received on August 31, 2011 (based on their website)...you can probably do:
-send a letter to CIC-M that you wanted to change yung address mo then just include your receipt# or
-wait until CIC-M works on your file (while waiting - canada post has a service which you can have your mail redirected to either a new address or a temporary address from sa old one mo)

sa first option eventhough you advised them through mail, i guess it's better to use canadapost service din, para lang safe.
