usually po kasi nageexpire na ung nbi clearance kaya humihingi sila ulit, or if may mga hindi nagpasa sa application (like me, nalimutan namin) hehe! Advisory of Marriage and AOM, kinukuha po din yan sa NSO, using the Cenomar form.
NBI submitted should have been issued within the last 6 months, and not based on the expiration of 1 yr. They usually reckon counting from PPR. So if the NBI is more than 6 months old at the time passport is submitted, they may ask for a new one. |

i read this post regarding filling up the forms. For the new Generic form IMM 008, should i put N/A for every blank box?
Do you think it will be fine if i scan the last page with 2 bar codes and send the last page for my husband to sign? Please advise.

Hi about your question nangyari na sa kin yan dapat ipiprint ko lang yung form mismo kasi nagkamali ako nung na print ko na so nag worry ako ng baka di pwede iprint ulit nung tinry ko di sya pwede na form lang or yung mismong bar code lang ng Generic form package talaga sya magkakasama lagi ang Generic at ung mga barcode nya di pwede na yung last lang na barcode or yung bandang taas lang yun kasi ang case na nangyari sa kin dont forget din click validate paalala lang ho |
