We going to apply under LPN category and My wife is main applicant,
We were in UK for 6years where I used to be a self employed. I came back to
India 2 years ago and I don't have any proof of my self-employment in uk

As my wife is main applicant, logically they have nothing to do with my work
experience, because adaptability points will be for spouse education. Please
let me know if I would provide a self declaration affidavit for my self-employment
in UK will be sufficient or not?

I don't have birth certificate either.....will a affidavit do me?
Thanks

you do not have to provide...........any experience letter but in back ground delcaration you have to mention all the time where you spent as ...........no you must have to provide birth certificate other wise your application will be incomplete

Experience: U can explain your experience by way of a letter only but i do not think that will be weighed anyway for point calculation.

Birth certificate: Very common issue with many applicants. If u do not have birth certificate, prove it by way of your educational documents / certificates. Do get it notarized

Just remember that when ever u lack any document as per CHC requirements, do attach a clarification letter with application pack sharing reasons for not providing the required document / format. It works

gud luk
