spouse as visitor

hi,

I have 2 years work permit and my wife has 1 year work permit.

If my wife work permit changed from work permit to visitor, can she stay with me for next 1 year.

Hey Piyum, If your work permit cancelled and you on visitor then you need to apply extension for your spouse, as spouse on visitor visa, there is no connection between your work permit and spouse visitor visa, if your spouse on open work permit then it cancelled same time your cancelled as connected with your permit.

By the way i have a question how did you inveted your spouse on Visitor visas? what documents you given for her? i am also planning to call my spouse on visitor visa.
