SPOUSE applying for skilled worker CIC after my AIPNP

Hi,
I applied for AINP in March'09 and got a file number recently.
My spouse is now applying for skilled worker category under CIC as she has enough points and is working under required NOC code.
Does her filling through this category has any impact on my AINP application ?
