Spouse accompanying Mom

Hi,

My spouse would like to accompany her senior mom to travel here in Canada.

My brother-in-law who recently had a newborn will invite them.

Me - I am under the Live-In Caregiver Program and have already applied OWP/PR.  I have included my spouse in my OWP/PR application.  I am still awaiting for my first stage approval.

What are the chances that my spouse be given a TRV?

My spouse is unemployed so the finances will be coming from me.
