Assalam o Alaikoum..
my wife is sponsoring me.. i am submitting my sponsorship papers i want to know which supporting document are required with sponsorship papers..which help me in my case.
and does it is necessary that the nikah nama (original and translate) should be attested from ministry of foreign affairs.??
and does it is necessary that my n.i.c card should be in English..because my n.i.c card is in Urdu.

hi.. is it possible that spouse applies for visitor visa (before marriage) and comes to canada on the visitor visa(after marriage) and the applies for PR from withing canada. what r the pros and cons with this approach and whether this is fine or any issues are foreseen?

Bilawal bahi .. ap ko shayadh samjh nahi arhi hai ya ap waqaii bohat confuse hogaye hoo... apko sirf 1 copy send kerni hai english ki orignal jo kai notarized ho. urdu nikah nama b ap ka orignal jaye ga. ap jitna confuse hojaoo gai outni hi mistake na hoo jaye ... relax hoo jaoo aur aram sai doubara sai beth ker guide perho aur sub nai ap kai sawalon ka jawab diya hai hope wo b ap kai kaam ayi ...... |

any body knows??that when we do registered nikah nama in union council??then what kind of investigation embassy do about registration of nikah?does embassy do investigation from union council or nadra or foreign affairs office?and for what purpose embassy do investigation?

No one knows about this....they do investigation about the marriage being genuine or not. |

as u know the nikah has been registered from the girl fside and in her area where she is living.i want to know if the nikah has registered wrongly by mistake in other then area where the girl is not living there then does it create problem?what kind of problem?
because its happened with me because the mistake of mulvi.. so pls guide me..

Hello everybody!
I was wondering if any of you knew how declaration of taxes work when you are being sponsored. I am in Québec and we are not sure what to do about taxes since I am not yet a resident. I have implied status .Does my husband has to declare my income out of Canada? if any one could give us some advice we would appreciate it very much.
