Spousal Sponsorship- quick question about timeline

Hi, In my case, I already passed my application last week of Sept.2011. Can i changed my job right now? I mean maybe tomorrow or something? Coz I am very pissed of my boss. I am a permanent resident. Will the CIC knew that i changed my job? Coz I also passed my Letter of Employer right? Thanks in advanced.

Does any one know if I need to notify them if I'm planning on leaving Canada to join my spouse until our paperwork is done so that we can both come back to Canada?
