Question I want to apply as soon as possible to get started, but I'm still waiting on my spouse' FBI check and I don't want her to get the medical yet since its only valid for 12 months.

But would it slow down my process if I didn't include those to start and just have them sent in later in the process once my application has already been submitted?  I know most of recommendations say to have everything in one package, but what would be the procedure to append the fbi and medical later if I were to do this?

I'm planning on doing an outland app (buffalo) for my spouse.

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

If the applicant has the reason that the PCC could be delayed then without the PCC the application can be submitted. Leave a letter of undertaking (by the applicant) in the application package that the PCC wll be submitted later to VO. Submit the FBI report to the VO once they ask for it, otherwise the application will be delayed or rejected.
