I SPONSORED MY WIFE ON 6TH JULY, 2011, GOT A LETTER FROM IMMIGRATION THAT IM NOT ELIGIBLE TO SPONSOR HER AND THEY HAVE SENT MY SPONSORSHIP UNDERTAKING TO THE LOCAL OFFICE ISLAMABAD.
DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPEN NEXT? AND HOW LONG IT'S GONNA TAKE? AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Her application will be processed, but it will be denied because without an eligible sponsor, she cannot be approved as a member of the family class.  In the meantime, you need to do whatever you need to do in order to correct whatever caused you to be deemed ineligible.  When the application is refused, you can then appeal and show that you are no longer ineligible and ask for humanitarian and compassionate consideration.

thanks for your reply, but can you plz tell me how long it's gonna take? i mean when i'll get any answer from them?
and meantime can i apply for her visit visa?

No, I can't tell you how long it will take.  Islamabad has a timeline of 26 months average for 80% of cases, that's all I know on their timing.

You may try to apply for a TRV for her, sure.  You will need a very strong application showing proof she will return to Pakistan.  If she doesn't work outside the home, has no assets of her own and you are her main provider, it will be very difficult for her to get approved because they will not believe she will leave when the time is up, so you need to keep all of that in mind.
