Myself and my wife are hoping to relocate to Canada from Ireland. I am a fully qualified plumber. We bought a house there four years ago. I have an uncle who is a citizen of Canada. My question is " can he sponsor us ". If not could someone tell me our best approach to getting in.

1. No he cannot sponsor you unless he is resident of Manitoba or Saskatchewan (Their PNP has a family support section]
2. Since your occupation is on the list of "38"

you can apply under the Foreign Worker Category 1

Thanks for the reply. Thats that avenue closed.
If i try to enter as a foreign worker does it take long for the application to come through.
