My husband got admission in the university and have applied for government loan. Can the forum kindly tell me whether his study loan will have any negative implact on the processing of PR application. I will appreciate your response.

leeli2008,
This depends on who is the sponsor and who is the principal applicant?  If he is the sponsor, then has he already been approved to sponsor you?

Thank you very much canthai.

Yes, my husband is the sponsor and the sponsorship has been approved from CPC Mississagua but the case is still in processing at the embassy. The principal application is our two years child. Me and my husband who is in Canada are both permanent resident.

If someone is on government/social assistance it affects eligibility to sponsor . . . to my knowledge this is not the same thing as getting a student loan to attend university.
