Sponsorship of my parents and my wife's parents

Can I sponsor my wife's parents and my parents at the same time? And does this have bad effects on both applications? Or is it better for
me to apply for one family first and for example after one year for another family?

As long as you can meet the Low Income Figure for all the persons sponsored, it doesn't have any effect.
