There are two possibilities to sponsor an aunt as a family member and neither of them will work for your situation. One is if you have no other relatives in Canada and no other relatives alive that you can sponsor which is not the case. Two is if you are living in AB, SK or MB and both of you qualify for PNP family stream but the cut-off age for those is 45 so she's too old for that.
To try to get her in as a worker, you would have to find her a job offer. Hiring her as a nanny yourself could work but she would either need to have at least 1 year work experience as a nanny or take a 6 month nanny course. If she works for you for 2 years, she can apply for PR.
