I live in Kitchener, Ontario with my very good friend whom I know for years.
I have tons of friends here in Canada, and getting a job offer is harder than getting a normal job, so I've been here for 2 weeks,
and now I'm trying the other option which is Sponsoring, but they're not family...
any suggestions?

If you're interested in immigrating to Canada and you have no immediate family here who can sponsor you, then your best bet is to see if you qualify as a skilled worker (you don't necessarily need a job in Canada to qualify).

Information about the federal skilled worker program is provided here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

To qualify for this program, you need to fit into one of the occupations shown on the list below (or alternatively need to have a job offer in Canada):

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

You might also want to take a look at the Ontario provincial nominee program to see if that's a fit (you'll need a job offer to qualify):
