Hi everyone
My brother in law is applying for permanent residency to Canada. But he has a big issue. His oldest sister is not married and totally dependant of parents. His parents are elder people and he is worried about his sister future. He would like to bring her along. Is there any possibility if his parents past away of bringing her to Canada as his total responsability?

Thanks
