sponsorship decision letter not received

In CIC's Client Application Status, it indicates that a letter about the decision on my sponsorship application has been sent to me in early May, but I still have not received it. Also, in CIC's Client Application Status, my address is incorrect. I contacted the Canadian embassy in my region several times, and sent couple of faxes to CPC Mississauga (1-905-803-7392) to correct my address, and to ask them to send (resend) the letter of the decision for my sponsorship application, since I absolutely need it to send it to MICC (Quebec immigration), but my address is still not corrected, and still no words on if they've resent me the letter.   

If anybody went through a similar situation, or if anyone knows what to do in this case, your advise will be truly appreciated!

Hello there, by any chance did you received an email from CIC? did you gave an email address to be contacted?

I received an email never received a letter, but the email should be good enough to send your application to MICC as I did, here is what the new checklist states:

"a copy of the letter or email received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada confirming that your
sponsorship application is approved
Note: This is the letter or email addressed to the sponsor, not to the sponsored person. If you do not
enclose this letter or email, your application will be returned to you."

My wife still haven't received my CSQ, the application was received on June 3, I know they processed the application because my credit card was charged on June 15, but still waiting.

ask Mississauga to send u email too; if u did provide an email address they should have sent u the email also, especially with the strike going on; good luck!
