HI everyone

My question is that ...Can I use sponsorship of a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child living outside Canada while my husband who is a British citizen is here with me in canada as a visitor.
we got married back home also he is divorced in england.
The reason for me to use this application because it only takes 9 months whereas sponsorship inside canada application takes about two years.

but i do want him to stay with so he can take care of our baby while I work.
Another question is regarding  my income: Im starting my own business on 15 jan 2011 should i sponsor him after i get my first pay so i have a proof of income or it doesn't matter.

You can sponsor him outland even though he is visiting you in Canada but if he plans to stay longer than his allowed 6 months, he should after 5 months apply to extend his visit status, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/extend-stay.asp and write as his reason that he is being sponsored for PR by you, also include file number.

There are no specific income requirements to sponsor a spouse but if you are making absolutely no money at all, they may want to know how you plan to support yourselves.  They can deny you for that reason.
