I'm English and have been engaged to my Canadian Fiance for over a year, I am planning on working under the live-in caregiver programme shortly and once i have started to work we may decide to marry, Can he apply to sponsor me under the spouse/common-law sponsorship?, and can I continue to work?, or will I have to giveup my job?
i have been living in Canada for a year and returning home for short breaks to visit family every six months, and I really need to work after all bill still need to be paid!!!

thank you if anyone can help

If you are already on a work permit and working, getting married and applying for sponsorship will not change that.
