Sponsors born outside Canada

So the issue is that my husband didn't live in Canada until he was about 22 years old, but on the sponsorship application it asks for all his addresses and telephone numbers outside Canada. There's no way he's going to remember every address and phone number since the day he was born. We have most of his addresses in the US, but not phone numbers and not the day (just month). We don't have any information about addresses/phone numbers before he moved to the US (approx. age 11). Recommendations?
Thanks

Do your best to get all the information - family members might know more.
Then when you fill out the form, do not omit any places, and do not leave any gaps in the time frame. But if you really couldn't find out certain information, just state that. It shouldn't be a problem - the visa officers will understand that someone might not be able to get the phone number of a place where he lived 20 years ago, or remember the exact date he moved in.
On my sponsorship form, I had to explain in several places that I didn't know the exact address or phone number; plus for several years I lived in countries where houses don't
have
addresses. I just explained all that, and this was never an issue during the sponsorship.
