For the spousal sponsorship do I need to fill Sponsorship Evaluation form IMM5481 or  Financial Evaluation IMM 1283?
I am now confured.  Please help.  Thanks.

All the forms that you need are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#sponsor

Use the document checklist from the country that you are applying through to make sure you have all the correct forms.

if it is spousal with no need to meet LICO then is is IMM5481
