Hello, can a PR holder sponsor a temporary foreign worker for working in canada. i have heard many US greencard holders do this (H1B) as a part time business in USA. is this feasible in canada? any links will be appreciated

Greencard holders do not do it on their own merit. They start a company and apply for H1B visa through USCIS just like any other big companies.
Similarly, you need to have your own company here in Canada to process temporary work visas to Canada. You can only sponsor work visas through your company. I personally do not know anyone who has done this.

thanks for the info. any idea what documentation required for starting a canadian co after getting a pr?is it a LLC?
