Hi, I have a friend from Belarus and she introduced me to her friend from Ukraine. We have been emailing for quite some time and have recently discussed marriage and sponsorship. I declared bankruptcy in 2008 and told her I think this would prevent me from sponsoring anybody. Can you help me?

I am sorry to hear that. I would suggest if you talk to a lawyer since thats a critical situation. You might have to find a loophole.
