hi everyone,
I sponsored my husband  on jan/14/2011 and on feb/14/2011 i got the initial approval from cic(M) now i would
like to know if my husband has to send the same sponsorship application form to the respected visa office in NEWDELHI OR
he has to wait for the response.

how does it work, are they going to transfer the file or do we have to send the application form again and wati for the response
please do help me with this.

If you read the letter in which they approved your sponsorship, you'll note that they have transferred the file to the appropriate VO abroad (in your case, New Delhi).

Now you get to wait until the AOR is sent to your husband's mailing address from the New Delhi VO.

Assuming you sent everything - his application forms, your application forms, all your supporting evidences, his proof of medical and police clearances and all identity docs and marriage licence - to CPC-M when you submitted the application, then CPC-Mississauga will transfer the file to New Delhi.  ND will handle the application from this point forward, and finalize it, and any/all future correspondence will be to your husband from them.  Your part of the process is over for the most part.  The only thing left to do through CPC-Mississauga is pay the $490 RPRF (if you didn't already do that).

Thank u doctorkb and Robsluv, one more question As you guys said now that my husband has to wait for AOR,  and  does he has to
send anymore application to newdelhi like the application i sent it to CPC(M)missisauga.

The question is " Does he has to send anymore application and additional documents unless they ask for it ?
and how long does it take to get the AOR after the approval.
if possible do write in detail.

The answer would make my life easy, THANKING U.

No, your husband does not send anything to New Delhi right now. His forms will be sent to New Delhi by CIC.
New Delhi might ask for more documents later.
It will take about 6 months for New Delhi to process the application and issue the PR visa.
