hello everyone,

My husband just migrated to Canada last May 21, 2010, now's he's planning to sponsor us. Is it possible to sponsor us where my husband is still just one month. He got a job already. He's waiting for his PR card...

Help please so we know what steps to take...

Can you give us more information? We need it to answer properly.
How did your husband get a PR visa? What country are you from?

So you are saying that your husband applied for his PR but listed you and the kids as not accompanying on his application?  If that is the case, then yes, he can sponsor you now, even if he is only a month in Canada because you do not need to show income to sponsor your spouse and minor children.

Of course it would have saved time and hassle if he had applied for you from the beginning.
