SPONSORING PARENTS from PHILIPPINES

I would like to ask the process of sponsoring parents here in Canada?I would like to know if there is an income limit to sponsor parents?Is that matter,because i became landed immigrant here last March and I want to sponsor my parents,I do have a regular job as Caregiver with the same employer.But I think my income is not enough to sponsor.But I have a sister here in Canada but sh'e under contract?are we allowed to combine our income,to sponsor our parents???PLEASE HELP?

So far I know, $26,396 income per year is needed to be a sponsor. However, check the following link for more information.

Low Income Cut-off (LICO):

It depends upon the size of the family unit. As what i have known, they revised the low income this year.

1 person(the sponsor)------21,202
2 persons------------------26,396
3 persons------------------32,450
4 persons------------------39,399
5 persons------------------44,686
6 persons------------------50,397
7 persons------------------56,110
