Hello

I am wondering what might happen in the following scenario. If my wife who lives in Singapore is being sponsored to be a PR by myself (Canadian Resident) as "outbound" but then shortly after the application begins moves to Canada under a work permit, would that cancel and nullify her PR application if she is temporarily living here?
