Sponsoring my Wife that has Overstayed a US Tourist Visa

There are quite a few schools, including colleges, that will enroll students without any proof. As a teacher in the states I taught quite a few students without legal status. Like the OP's wife, many were brought as small children, have no recollection of their home country, and have never left the states. Some even have siblings with status because they were born in the US.
