Sponsoring my Spouse and her Kid

I need immediate advice for my problem.
I am going to marry a divorced girl (Indian national) with her child (United Arab emirates national) how is 9 year old now. I am Landed PR in Canada. I want to bring both of them.
Any idea what are the legal issues to bring child with my spouse. What is the fastest way to bring both of them here in Canada.

I wish I had answers for you :(  From what I understand you can sponsor them both at the same time.  Did you adopt the child?  Is that a possibility?  That may speed up the process, but I'm not 100% sure.  I wish I could offer more advise.  At least this will give your question a friendly bump :)

1.  Once you are married you can sponsor her as a spouse and the child is included in the application as her dependent.  She will have to prove full custody of the child and the ability to remove the child to Canada.  You may need the father's permission as well, depending on the custody details.  She will not get a TRV to come to Canada most likely, so sponsorship abroad is your only option.

over here its bit hard to get adopability, but child is living with mother from last 9 years, IS there any possibality that i bring both of them on visit here then marry her and then wot will be the possibality to adopt the child here or to get his PR over here???
