My sister is a single mother who has a son and are currently residing in the Philippines. I am planning to sponsor them so they can migrate to Canada. My parents and the rest of my siblings have lived in Canada for 14 years and have acquired Canadian citizenships. I am going to be honest and say I don't know how to go about fulfilling this plan nor how to begin. This is why I posted on this forum hoping that someone can help me out who have gone through similar situation and were successful. Thank you in advance.

1.  You can't sponsor them.  You can try to submit a Humanitarian and Compassionate application, but not many are successful.  REad http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/ip/ip05e.pdf  and you will see the case that has to be made.
