sponsoring my husband from morrocco

i have married a wonderful man from morrocco and filed for sponsorship.
now my papers had arrived in missisauga over 2 months ago.even though my folder was complete they claimed that I was missing an important document,my passport(which i know i didnt not,since that was one of our major supporting documents)\anyways i sent them the document in question back asap and they received that one april 7th... still we have not heard anything back from them..its been 2 months(since march 3) since they had received our folders.why is it taking so long?? we dont understand...anyone??

Our application was received at CPC-M on Feb 15.  They began processing our documents on Mar 17, but we have not yet received a decision on my husband's approval as sponsor, because he receives ODSP and according to what they told us, they are still completing inquiries at the provincial level.  We were told to call back next week if no update was made to our status on eCAS. 

Have you contacted the Call Centre to query the delay in your approval to sponsor?  They have been remarkably helpful in providing all the information above to my husband, so we know what's going on with our file.

Hello!  Just to let you know about our application.  I am Canadian and I married a wonderful man in Morocco in December 2010.  We sent our spousal sponsorship application during the first week of February 2011.  Immigration Canada sent me back the application as there was some fees missing.  So I sent it back with the missing fees ASAP and they received everything on March 23.  On March 28, I was approved as a sponsor and the application for permanent residence was received at the visa office in Rabat, Morocco on March 31st.
