Hi

I am living with my girlfriend under the same roof however I am still undergoing a divorce from my previous marriage.

I know that while being legally married I can't sponsor her, however my question is: would the months I lived together with my girlfriend count towards the 1 year required for common law? or do I have to start counting only when my divorce is finalized?

Yes, the days count towards C/law, you know that you don't have to be divorced to process a C/law application?
