we came to canada about a year ago, I met with a nice girl and dating her. We are about to be engaged, she is a canadian citizen. I was wondering can I sponsor my brother who is (24 years old) (living in canada with me) after I marry my fiancee and she sponsors me? thank you for any info.

No. Not unless you are living in either Manitoba or Sask and are a PR.
