what loan? as long as you are not in default of immigration loan so if its an immigration loan and you are up to date you are good, the other is there is a minimum financial amount and you cannot be an undischarged bankrupt

my bro got study loan from OSAP. now, is he eligible to sponsor my mother?

yes he is I got Osap the most important thing is the income requirement the LICO he has to meet yearly
