Hello,
I've been reading your stories for a while but only up to page 17 so forgive me if i'm repeating some questions. I'm very happy for everybody who have united with their loved ones and good luck to those still waiting for visas. I'm just in the process of planning a wedding!
I'm getting married to a moroccan man in April and was wondering what kind of papers he will need. Does he only need his passport and ID card? Also, I got my criminal record done by RCMP in November 2007. Would this still be valid for marriage in April. I really hope so.
My fiance lives in Essaouria and was wondering if somebody from Morocco is willing to talk to him on the phone.

Hello everyone,
WOW what a warm feeling, thank you all for your well wishes. I just spoke to my husband a few minutes ago and he's in Rabat for the night. I hope he can get some sleep and can't wait to hear from him when his interview is complete.
Canopy send me or my husband (Boras) an offline message and I am sure my husband will gladly speak to your finance and answer any questions he may have. I loved Essaouira, my husband's family has a beach house there and on my first trip to Morocco we spent some time there and it was beautiful.
We had a lot of help from this group through our process and it was reassuring to know others where going through the same thing.

hi everyone thanks everybody i hade my interview it took about an hour i answered all the questions good .the canadian women who interviewed me .at the end she say she will let me know very soon i asked her for the decisions she sayed she didnt take a decision yet but very soon she keeped all my pappers with her still and she took from me more emails .thats all for now all i can say is im still waiting .wassalam

Boras,
I am praying that you will get good news soon. You and Raven deserve to be together. Leaving you wondering just doesn't seem fair. It is torture not knowing. I don't understand why they would do something like that.

Hi all!
Good news for us at last! We have the interview date. It is March 20th. I'm so happy I could cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope the last stage of the process ends soon for Isabelle, Val and Adam.

I am very happy for you. That also means they are processing October applications. Things are moving along in Rabat. My Husband is December, so we have awhile to wait yet.
I wish you and your Husband a great interview.
