P.S: I decided to go to Morroco so this will help our case so that means i'll be with my husband at the embassy and i think and hope they will let me in at the interview!!! I decided this at the last minute haha and im spending my whole summer overthere!!!
and again stay strong girls!! even if i have a problem with my mom, i still take off my hat for all of you because i don't what will have i done if i was in your position!!!
Djinna, I am so happy you can go to Morocco to spend time with your husband I changed phones so I don t find your number but you can ask mine to Veronica. Talk to you soon Insha allah you will be able to bring ur husband to Canada soon!!!!! |

so i dont understand...on CIC site they added my husbands mailing adress and still in process ....i dont understand why they did that and on top of that they added the wrong adress but they sent his medicals to be redone and all with the right one when they called and spoke to my husband he confirmed the correct adress ...guys what does that mean exactly? what do we do now?

I have been a silent reader for a while now and this forum is very helpful. My husband is in Rabat. We got married in Jan 2012. The file transfer was just last month in May 2012. I lived with him from Jan 2012 to March 2012 after marriage. Applied for his sponsorship as soon as I got to Canada, end of March 2012. I want to spend Christmas season with my husband. I hope he gets his visa by then.

Just means Rabat is doing what Rabat does best...messing with your mind...lol sorry I could not resist  But seriously you can update your address right on ecas. I imagine it is simple human error. Does your husband have a different mailing address from his residence? If he does maybe they mailed it right after speaking to him but updated at a later time and simply got the wrong one. Just a suggestion anyway. It allows you to change your address right on ecas. I would not worry about Rabat too much they always call ahead to confirm the address or email. At least they did for us anyway. He could take a letter to the embassy and let them know the mistake as well. |

well, just in march when they were sending him his meds to redo they had spoke to him on the phone and confirmed the right adress that they sent him his meds so why would they write the wrong one now it doesnt make sense ......and we are basicall waiting for the CALL for the visa why wold they update the mailing adress it doesnt make sense but on the bottom it still says in process meds recevd april 18th,2012 so i reallly dont get it .... Thor, welcome and i think that due to the fact that u guys lived together for 3mths after the weddding thats a plus...im not sure if theres an age difference or what so theres other factors as well but good luck...... habibti, well im sending u good vibes as well its this mth and i really hope everyhthing goes well..... thanks guys for your support ...i get depresses then i get okay then depressed and then okay so its huge roller coaster and i really need to get off this ride...im getting nautious....  |

Vjamal...honestly I would not worry too much. I don't know your whole history but I m guessing the fact they are actually updating anything is a good sign and hopefully you will hear good news soon.

dair my story is very simple i met my hubby face to face in jan 2010 then got married when i was ther the 1st time went back the secnd time after i gave the papers in to cic ...march 2010 went back for 18days...then we got an interview on dec 1st 2010 got refused then i gave the appeal to a lawyer then i left on feb 2011 to live with him for 6mths to aug 2011 came back the lawyer said they asked us to go to ADR...went to ADR on dec 12th 2011 WON....then CIC updated they recved process starting jan 3,2012 then they called him and sent him his remeds in march 2012...CIC updated april 18th,2012 meds received in process...then now they added his adress *WRONG ONE) so i dont know what to do if should call CIC or nothing ...
Now supposingly there suppose to be doing police clearance then the call so im not sure how much more time and what to do for the adress
but thanks alot for the hugs....i need them

I am in British Columbia. As for the roller-coaster thing... I do understand your emotions girls. I am sick and tired of this roller-coaster. And I am also sick and tired of the virtual world. This is what I told my husband today. I wish I can get out of this virtual world soon! I have been trapped in it for too long! I am having a relationship and a marriage in the virtual world, then I am constantly online to earn extra money so I can pay the trips to Morocco and the lawyer fees. hi habibti i read your post i see you are going to have a full hearing soon inshallah i had a full hearing too so did my wife, you will be testfied first and then they are going to call your husband for long hours maybe 2 to 3 hours thats what happened with me i had a strong case, so he must be ready for this because judge will be speaking to him i wish you good luck both.
