Sponsoring husband from Morocco

Granted I don't know the particuliarities about your case that's had you waiting 5 years, but damn, what the F*** is their problem? I didn't know Rabat was that incompetent and cruel. And around Valentine's Day too. If it were me I would have gone crazy a long time ago and everyone working in my MPs office including the cleaning staff would know my name. This process is surely anything but fairest to those who have sacrificed the most.

Thank you Lynn for thinking of me and praying for me.  So far so good.  Two days ago I bought tickets to see the show of Madonna on September 30 in Vancouver... \o/  Something exciting to look forward to!  And I keep working like crazy and saving money for a wonderful summer my husband and I will have (and I count the days too!).  Monday I will have my biopsy for breast cancer... send me your best vibes!

In the between, my husband and I are still gathering evidences for the appeal.  Our immigration consultant said these are great.

My husband and I are in appeal. We have a long term friendship first since 2003. We engaged in 2008. I went to Mumbai Nov 2009, we married in Bangkok Feb 17/2011. He had his interview Feb 13th. He was interviewed by a female Indian agent who gave flimsy reasons for denial. Basically the issue is HER issue. I am a blonde white Canadian woman, he Indian. We married in a Hindu Temple in Bangkok. All other points of requirements were more then needed. There is a lot of news media here in Canada on marriage fraud. 1st year anniversary and still without my husband here!

i have a question for you guys .....

when me and my husband applied for this immigration he had an adress then when the letter of refusal came they sent it back due non correct adress which yes my husband changed adresses and we didnt let them know then they resent it to the correct adress then now with the lawyer well i gave him the corrrect adress adn now that we won the ADR they sen me the copie conforme of the answer then they told me that Rabat will get it and process in 60days thereafter so now next week on the 19th will be the 60days from the date that i received the copy ....do u guys think that theres going to be a problem for the adress?

if yes do we email Rabat but we dont have a file number now ...im confused.....help.....

Hello all, I've been reading this forum for quite some time now but I have never posted.  I'm glad to have found it and enjoy reading about everyone's experiences and their advices.  I have a question, and there is so much to read on this forum, I have yet to find my answer, so I thought I would write in here in the hopes that someone can give me a quick answer.

So I have yet to submit an application to sponsor my husband.  He is currently in Morocco.  We married in July 2011.  My question is, can I apply for sponsorship while I'm here in Canada, then after I submit it, can I go live with him in Morocco while we wait for the outcome?

After the application is submitted, is anything else needed that would require me to stay in Canada? Do I have to wait here?

If anyone has any insight to this question, I would greatly appreciate any response.

Are you a Canadian Citizen? If so, you are good to go. If not, then you'll need to remain in Canada.

Hello everyone,

Its been a long time i didnt come here. I send my paper on nov 22 2011 and got a positive answer from FED on jan. 31 lhamdoulillah and now i send my paper for PROV on feb 7 and hopefully i will get a positive answer in sha Allah.

I would like to know if anyone heard that your spouse came in 6 month or a short period of time??

well finally we got a sign from Rabat, they called my husband on monday which was 60days exactly after the ADR and if i check now i can see my file on CIC but ironically they received it on jan 3,2012 they calld him on monday 20th feb funny...either way they want obviously some documents and pictures for his medical that he has sent already express for the medical forms to come faster so then he can go faster to get them done....

well its not the best news but its news so we are happy at least.....

That is very good news girl!  You don't sound too thrilled... I am thrilled for you!  lol Things are moving and I hope his visa will come quickly!  Still thinking of you!  Hang in there!  Because I am still hanging in and my moral is pretty good so far...

I know i dont sound so thrilled but i am happy that theres movement and theare reprocessing but they had asked for documents that they already have its funny its like just to waste time like we havent wasted enough time.....

I hope this will end soon ...I am coming to a point that i am reallllllyyyyy fed up.......

I get this way sometimes then i get better like a roller coaster ups and downs until they let me off.......

hello guys!
i dont how can i start my talk because my language doesn't help me a lot... i'm moroccan man i got married with Canadian  woman lives near victoria bc. we send our application for sponsorship in december 6 2011 , my wife got latter February 2, 2012 they says the applications in office abroad for further processing..and i dont get any letter or call from them . by the way we dont get weeding until now we got just pictures each other and with my family because we decide to get make a party in the next sammer ,,,, so i have some questions do i will recive any letter or call from embassy ? and what about picture for weeding do i have to send them with application or when they will call me for interview  ? thanks everyone and i'm so sorry about my english
