They are returning the application to me over one missing Not Applicable....   I have not had the courage to call my husband yet. Don't worry.... they returned my application because of one little thing too. I sent it back right away and one week later I was approved as a sponsor. |

Well that is good to know....thank you for telling me because I figured I would have to wait another bloody 40 days.
When I spoke to the woman at CIC she gave me my ID # and told me to put it on the envelope as well as FC1.
But who knows how long it will take to actually arrive with the postal lock out!!

Can you send back your application with Fedex or Purolator? I remember now... they received my application on March 23 and on March 28 I received a letter informing me I was approved as a sponsor. So it will go fast. |

Well the returning is not an issue its the waiting for the postal lock out to be over and them to get it to me. I will definitely be sending it back the fastest way possible. I am glad to know that we will not be waiting the full time again though  |

Hiii everbody ..
i guess that the canadian embassy is hard to contact ....confusing fone numbers and no email answers ...
they called me in my second number 2 weeks ago and it was dad's number and they told him that they ll contact me but they didnt and i emailed them this info and no anwser yet ...

I had a lawyer AND another person look over my papers as well and even they missed it....so no one is perfect. Mistakes are bound to happen no matter how many times you look at it. |

I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE VISA OFFICE THIS MORNING. THE LADY WAS NICE TO HIM. SHE ASKED HIM LOTS OF QUESTIONS ON THE PHONE. SHE SAID TO HIM TO COME TO THE VISA OFFICE TOMORROW TO BRING MORE PICTURES AND MORE EMAILS. HE TOLD HER I WAS ARRIVING NEXT WEEK TO SPEND MY VACATION WITH HIM. SHE TOLD HIM THAT I SHOULD PAY FOR VISA AND HE WILL COME WITH ME IN CANADA. I AM CRYING. CRYING OF JOY! IT TOOK LESS THAN 3 MONTHS!!!!

I don't know. I am confused. They told him to come tomorrow at visa office to bring at least 40 pictures, more emails and more msn chats. They did not ask him to bring his visa. They told him on the phone that he will come back with me in Canada. Don't know what to think!!! I am just in shock right now. |

I did not pay for visa yet. I just sent half the amount to Immigration Canada. |
