Sorry, I forgot to welcome you to the club, Raven! The club is getting so large I'm losing track of everyone...
Great news Abdel - you have the visa!! One by one, everything is happening as we all want. This forum has been great - it was so hard waiting for so long without knowing anything that was going on. I'm so happy I found this place and everyone here to talk to and share experiences. For those of you just starting this journey, this place and the people here will be a big help.
Kelly - my husband's interview was on May 31 - almost one month ago.
I can't believe it will be possible to see my husband in a week or two. It's been six months since we were together - too long. Before I got off the phone this morning he was singing Bob Marley -- "don't worry about a thing, because every little thing is gonna be all right". How true. Keep the faith everyone.

I am so happy for you Abdel. And Congrats Tracy!
Now that the wait for my husband (Rachid) to get his visa is shorter for some reason the anticipation has been a lot harder the past couple of days. The great thing is that chances are most of us will be seeing our spouse in the next 2 to 3 weeks. We just have to hang in there.
I was happy to see that RAM now has flights two times per day from Casablanca to Montreal. Someone mentioned before about trying to get some sort of package deal. Did anyone follow up with that??
Kelly - the rate that the visas are being issued seems to suggest that Rachid and Nourdine should be getting a call within the next few days. I am hoping the holiday on monday will not affect the process too much.

Yes Mornie I am thinking the same thing hopefully on friday they will get a call. I think the visa office in Rabat does follow our holiday schedule. I was there in May and I think I remember reading that on the post board at the visa office while I was waiting. And you are so right the wait now is getting harder we are hearing all the good news for everyone else and we know that ours is so close. I am getting so excited even though its been only a little over a month since I seen Noureddine it still seems like a lifetime. Let's keep our fingers crossed Mornie and say a few extra prayers. Tracy again congratulations you to Abdel.

Hi Kelley;
Ecas still has "In Process" on the file (no new information). I would imagine it would take a few days for them to update the system and for it to reflect "Decision Made". Ecas does not specify what the decision is (visa or not) - just that they have made a decision.

kelly plz i want you to be relax nouredine will have his visa in time inshallah,like tracy said the Ecase still ( in process ) ,me too as tracy i think that it would take a few days for them to update the system and for it to reflect "Decision Made". Ecas does not specify what the decision is (visa or not) - just that they have made a decision,in my Ecase i still see that i had my interview in 28th may ,in the average the give the visa in one month for people never been in other country's if not the security verification will take long time .

Tracy, you must be so happy! My daughter is in Maroc now. I think we should be next as far as getting the visa don't you?

Abdel thanks for mentioning that it still says IN PROCESS on the gov. site. I wondered about that. I keep checking it every day.

im ravens husband i spook with ur husband on the phone u actualy told noordine &about m im sure u know m.u also chat 2 my wife .i have been out for about 11years i just got back 4months now.but does not make sense 2m.if u have been in another country takes more time .way now they gonn astart cheking.i think they alredy did that .unless some1knows more than i.and if it was sometrhing like that they would not call him for enterview and bla bla all the work.so i dont know what 2 think any more and nourdine will hear from them soon that im sure about it soon he will get his visa propably next week.any were if u come up with some news let as know good luck
