Hi Lynn,

I just ordered the CAIPS last week, takes 4-5 weeks to get I think. I have no idea what information it includes or how it's presented but I wanted to see what they're about and if there's anything useful in them.

I'm frustrated and tired of waiting for what's next.

Has your husband done another medical?

Hi

No new medical yet. In the last communication with the embassy they advised me that he is under security check still so if we get our new medical it's "at our own risk".

I kind of want to move forward on it because its one less thing we have to wait for...but its also a non-refundable $200.

tough call.

Hi Becca,

I just wanted to let you know that someone who had their interview on the 22nd of April received their call for their Visa today.  They had not been given the decision either.

Things are still slowly moving along. Keep your courage. It will be your turn soon.

Good luck and God bless

Seems that each case is different. The spouse of a friend of mine had her interview on April 28. They got the call one week later for visa pickup the following week.

There are people still waiting from January, February, March, April and May , for a call for their Visa.

I don't understand why some get calls in 2 days and others in 4 months or more.

I really wish everyone the best of luck.

My Husband and I are still waiting for his interview call.

Happy Bird, Hoping75

It seems that women's cases are processed much quicker than men's for the most part.  The women have much shorter interviews as well.

Hoping75 -- thanks for checking again for me.  You singlehandedly keep my spirits up.  Fingers crossed he gets a call next week.

Thanks again and take care,
Becca

I think the amount of travelling outside of morocco they've done and where they have gone also impacts the length of time as well.... my husband lived outside of Morocco for a number of years so security checks take a loooooooooooong time.

Thanks Hoping75

My hubby had his interview May 13.  Today the website shows for the first time Decision Made.

I thought I would really be excited and that all the stress would be lifted off my shoulders.  But instead I'm feeling more anxious....what is the decision G*d D*m it!

Thanks Penny for starting this thread it's great!

The best of luck to each and everyone!

Hi Mariana,

I really hope you get good news.
The waiting and not knowing is torture I know.
This just waiting for my Husband to get his interview is starting to make me very anxious. I will hate it is it takes a long time to get the answer after the interview.

Let us know when you get the anwer.

Good luck

Hi all

well my husband had his interview today, and it went good, he waited cause they told him to come back at 1 PM their time for the 2nd part of the interview, but as it turned out he didnt need it, they told him he was accepted and gave back all the documents he brought with him, the only thing is his medical was expired so he has to go do another medical tomorrow, but the lady told him if his medical wasnt expired that he would've gotten his visa really soon, I am so happy.  Now my only question is how long does it take to get the medical papers back to the office??? so i'll be back in the waiting process again, i was in such a wreck at work this morning waiting to hear back from him.

Hoping75, i hope you will hear good news soon,

Hi Iqaluit

I am sooooooooooooooo happy for you. This is such great news.

You can finally breath again. lol
You will be able to really enjoy your time in Morocco knowing all of this is behind you and he will be coming home with you.
I am really so exited for you.
I'm not positive, but I think it may be 6 weeks for the results of the new medical. I think that's what some other people were told.

Thank you for the well wishes.

Good luck and God bless
