from what i know,when they ask you to redo your medical test they normally email you a form(the same form the Dr gave you the first time you did the medical)2 of my friends received that from the embassy first and then they took it with them to the Dr

But why did she not tell him that then?? Why did she just say... go to the same Dr and do the medical again.

She did not say... I will email you a form that you must take to the Dr with you. She did not give him any paper. Nothing... just to go and do it.

My hubby downloaded that appendix C thing from the website and took that. The VO never said anything about a form being mailed to him or being given anything by them. He went back to the same doc.

Then he should fill out the Appendix C again.  It won't hurt, either way.  But he has to inform them it's been done so they know to request the results from Paris.  Odd that they didn't give him another form.  But that embassy is on my bad side these days.

General Inquiry: rabat.immigration @ international.gc.ca   (this is the one we have used. If they respond that he is to download the appendix c then make sure he prints the email and brings it with him to the doc)

I am fairly certain the 300 dh is the cost of DHL courier as opposed to the 60 dh for regular post. I don't think the doctor could or would be running an end game.

The Moroccan postal system is really really bad. Personally I wouldn't trust such important documents to them.

Ah, well if the extra $250 is going for DHL, that explains it. You have a good point about not taking chances with the Moroccan postal system if it truly is that bad- like Dair isn't irritated enough that she needs a lost medical on the way to Paris.

for the medicals i told you before that you need to wait until they send it to you due to if u do it onyour own doesnt matter they need their own copy that it sent to you i think they print in the file numbers or wahtver and they attach the pics ..my hubby is in Rabat now redoing the medicals they got sent to him on friday and he has an appointment tomorow.....

Habibti, im sorry of what u went through...now for others opinions look in one ear out the other .....i also had alot of people talking about me and telling me im crazy maybe a bit desperate to go to morocco to marry a man that i basically met online ...but i will never regret it and the same people that have said that their relationships are falling apart and me and my husband are strong even though we apart...so who cares dont listen....now for how he deals with stuff...first and formost this whole process is alot of moeny alot of energy alot of self control alot of working ovetime so fatigue on top of it you have a child....You need to make sure your husband appreciates the sacrifices you made and are making.... i was angry and screaming and crying with my husband he texts me everyday..cam everyday i have an hour lunch 30min with me on the phone...if there wasnt communication with us it would never worked ...and even if hes feeling like *censored word* he wouldnt show it to me he would calm me down and make me happy and his happiness would come out .....at the beiginning of our relationship my husband internet was crap bt after we got married he worled his butt off to have phone line and fast internet set up to communicate with me ...they also have to make sacrifices its not only us .....

can you imagine when he come here and you guys have a problem i hope he doesnt shut u down......he misses u ...u miss him but that doesnt mean to shut u out make him understand that habibti...marruage is work as well....you dont work on it with communication it will not last especially with immigration its like they do that on purposes to see how much patience we have until we crack.......

im sorry im talking so much tonight .....but seeing how many hours you work habibti and the debts you put yourself in and going to put yourself in ....maybe call me egotistical but we derserve the special one ...you know someone that its really special ,....that will go beyond what he supposed to do ...due to the sacrifices we are making .....when they do get their visa then their sacrifices will come they leave their country their family, their friends their jobs and (always big family in Morocco) i mean those are big sacrifices for us for their wife.

dont forget the reasons you fell in love and memories you had together and remind your husband make time for each other to talk on cam somewhat face to face to laugh or cry about these memories....and your spirits will rise ..one day at a time ...

That really sucks that the mail delivery in Morocco is not reliable. But I still say you should try. I would be making a copy of every letter before it goes in the postal box for appeal evidence purposes anyway. If he doesn't get the letter, you have the copy to read over the phone. And tell that man to get himself a new phone....he's got a job now, so it shouldn't be too hard. And by the way, I would definetely make your husband's favorable change in employment circumstances (I take it he is working more than before, correct?) a point of evidence for the appeal. They are without question weighing his ability to provide for himself in their decision about whether his desire to immigrate to Canada under Family Class is for genuine purposes or not. I don't know where you are in the appeal preparation process, but I'd be paying close attention to every shred of evidence of your contact since those idiots at Rabat refused the PR. It must be so hard but stay strong, girl! You need to set your sights on that d*mn appeal and show a united front. You are a team! 

The phone he lost was bought last February.  It has special features and he made sure to have Internet on it so he can have access to my emails right away and answer them right away without going to a cyber cafe or without charging his modem at home.  The phone he had before that one started to stop working half the time when I was with him last summer.  So he saved money to buy a new one last February.  Unfortunately he cannot buy a new one for now.  He does not receive a decent salary at the bank he is right now.  It is just some sort of allowance as he is in training.  It is just enough to cover his food, his bus transportation and a few outings with friends.  Because of an urgent situation regarding his family (they are losing the house where they live), him and his brothers are saving any dirham they have to get a new place asap.

Don't worry.... we have been gathering lots of evidences and our immigration consultant is very happy about these.  By the end of this month, we should receive the whole file back from Rabat.  Thanks for all the encouragement!  Tonight my husband and I sent back and forth lots of emails (email tag), but unfortunately we were looping.  I will let him some time and space.
