Well, no, you don't "need" it, it's purely optional. You don't really need e-cas either, as it's not like you won't be informed of CIC's decision another way. But like I said, GCMS notes are much much more useful than e-cas as far knowing about your application.
Hi, im just starting on my application, i will send it on the 21th in sha Allah. Thanks again for the info and i ask somebody else so now i understood what those forms where about. Hopefully everything will go ok in sha Allah. |

Not sure I completely understand your question or the context of it. From asking about how to order GCMS notes, I was under the impression your application had already been filed and was at the Rabat visa office......so what's your personal situation? Are you still working on putting together the application, i.e. the relationship evidence portion of it?
No i didnt send my application yet, i'll do it next week. im just making sure about everything and when i saw you or somebody else talking about those forms, i asked because i never saw that before and i panicked. im almost done but i just wanna make sure everything is good so thats why i asked about the pictures. Thanks again for answering. |

Djinna, at this juncture these notes are the last thing you need to worry about. If you have yet to submit your application, you obviously have to concentrate entirely on that application and all of its minutiae....the forms, relationship evidence, police certificates, medical exam, fees payment, etc. And even after you've checked, double-checked, and perhaps even triple-checked all of your documents, and dotted every i and crossed every t as far as the instructions go, and you've sent it in, you have a wait of a couple of months for Mississauga to approve you as a sponsor before the PR portion even gets to Rabat. Those notes won't have anything important in them until at least a month or two go by after they've been delivered to the visa office. So basically, you're waaaaay before that step. No i didnt send my application yet, i'll do it next week. im just making sure about everything and when i saw you or somebody else talking about those forms, i asked because i never saw that before and i panicked. im almost done but i just wanna make sure everything is good so thats why i asked about the pictures.

I have to see reality. I am going to be 49 in June. My husband is going to be 30 this summer. If we appeal, we have to wait 2 more years. Then, if we win the appeal, we have to re-apply for visa. Another year. I will be 52!!! And I don't have $5000 to appeal He should find another woman, his age, and starts over. The letter states the visa officer is not satisfied with our relationship. She believes my husband is using me for entry to Canada. WHY DID THEY WAIT TWO MONTHS TO TELL US OUR RELATIONSHIP IS NOT GENUINE? WHAT DID THEY TELL MY HUSBAND IN JUNE TO PAY FOR VISA ASAP AS HE COULD TRAVEL WITH ME TO CANADA WHEN I VISITED HIM IN JULY? I owe close to $15,000 because of my wedding, my 3 trips to Morocco, etc. I work day and night. I AM COMPLETELY BROKEN. |
