I think we have different case coz i am sponsoring my husband to Canada, Im already PR i am the c=one who sent my husband a kit and he fill it out and complete all the requirements after that he sent all the documents and i forward it to Mississauga ONT. He's done with his medical and police clearance over in Saudi Arabia.

i sent my application in abu dhabi december 21,2011 they received but i got my AOR only last June1,2011.
