Actually, I search companies and uploaded resumes too. Also, emailed my resume to HR departments but havent heard from any. That's why asking here if any particular way I can do my application or need any recruiter?

Also, if any companies do sponsor then they review otherwise they wouldnt reply....

I am wondering what is the right way.....

Honestly, getting any kind of job in Canada, whilst not living here is almost impossible. Most companies at least like to interview potential candidates face to face. Even those people, whom have managed to get PR, find it difficult to get jobs without having the relevant Canadian experience or qualifications.

But I do say almost impossible. If your skills and experience are unique and there is a shortage of people available in your job sector, then getting a job will be easier. Try loading your resume onto the major on line job sites in Canada and keep sending those resumes out.

There is no easy route, I am afraid but keep trying and good luck in your endeavor.
